The principals.
NorthInfra is run by its founders. The people who underwrite a transaction are the people who originated it and the people who sit with it after close.
100+ transactions.
$57bn+ enterprise value.
Figures represent transactions completed by NorthInfra’s principals across their careers, de-duplicated so each transaction is counted once. They are not NorthInfra firm-level results.
A career spent financing infrastructure across the capital stack — project debt and equity, structured and lease finance, and M&A — on both sides of the table, as principal and as adviser. At NorthInfra he originates the transactions the firm brings to its capital partners and stays with them through financial close, working alongside the developers and management teams doing the work rather than underwriting from a distance.
Domain fluency across all four verticals: PJM and the broader U.S. power markets, water utilities and treatment, hyperscale data center load, and midstream refined products.
Transaction leadership across the U.S. infrastructure landscape, spanning generation, regulated utility, and infrastructure platform M&A. Co-founded NorthInfra to pair principal and co-development capacity with the advisory and placement capability the firm’s pipeline generates.

One team, start to operations.
Co-founders bringing a network of experienced subject matter experts, involved from start to operations. The judgment applied at screening is the same judgment applied at close and into operations — with no layer between the thesis and the diligence.
Relationship-led sourcing
Deal flow sourced directly from our network of developers, owners, operators, strategics, and financing parties. Certain opportunities may be sourced before a broader auction process, which may reduce competitive process costs.
Operator-level diligence
Permitting and regulatory position, site control and physical access, long-lead procurement, and the contract and counterparty credit behind the revenue are underwritten as separate line items by people who have run those workstreams. A stated capacity, throughput, or customer base is not a delivered asset.
Full capital-stack capability
Principal, co-developer, adviser, or placement agent. We are structurally indifferent to which seat we take, which means the recommendation is not a function of how we get paid.
Development-speed decisions
Decisions are made by the principals. That is what lets us commit on development timelines rather than committee timelines, at platform level and across a pipeline.
Bring us a situation.
We look at power, digital infrastructure, water, and midstream opportunities across the United States — as principal, co-developer, or adviser.
